The Baby Mavens’ Doula/NCS Hybrid Training
The Baby Mavens have put their years of trainings, certifications, and most importantly EXPERIENCE into designing a program that is unlike any other. Our team is comprised of the very best experts in the field, and we have spent years on research to bring this one of a kind training to the New England (and VIRTUAL!) We consider our business and our team members to be a “Hybrid” in this industry. We are the very best combination of birth and postpartum doulas, newborn care specialists, baby nurses, and night nannies. Each kind of caregiver brings something unique to the table, and to the families we work with. This allows us to combine this knowledge to help train new caregivers so we can all support more families!

Our Hybrid training is offered in a Hybrid Model of education! You will have the opportunity to do BOTH Virtual and In- Person/Hands on learning as part of your experience. When you sign up you will receive the location of our in-person training day.
The Baby Mavens are also always looking to add to our amazing team, so we have developed an option for training that will allow you to build yourself into our team. If you are interested in working with us, we will first interview you. Then, after our training, you can move on to our mentorship program. This will entail you being able to work hands on with an experienced doula, in home with clients for a minimum of 10 hours.
