Our long term, live in or travel care is set apart from other companies in that you are getting a postpartum doula to help your entire family during this time. Your doula will help you with not only care of your new baby, but your entire family: care and emotional support for mom, pitching in with sibling care, and even walking your dog!
24/7 Expert Care.
You may know the term “Night Nurse”, or “Baby Nurse”, but we recognize that these kinds of “nurses” do not provide medical care, and are often not even trained to care for newborns. Many families choose long term care, or 24/7 care, for the first few weeks or months after they bring a new baby home. Your doula will be truly immersed in your home, in the day to day, ins and outs, and ups and downs. This kind of care can speed up mom’s recovery, and provide a seamless transition to parenthood.
Travel Care.
In today’s world travel is part of many families daily lives, travel for work or family, vacation or obligations. It can be helpful to bring along your own care provider, so that there is continuity of care both at home and away. Many of our doulas are experienced in traveling with families, both domestically and abroad. Your baby or child will be in competent, qualified hands so that you can focus on what you need to do!
