Sibling Support
Is your family growing by one more? (Or maybe more!) Your first baby is about to become a big sibling! Many families do not have family or friends that live close enough to stay with an older child while mom and dad go to bring the new baby into the world. The Baby Mavens can help with this unique service!

How Does It Work?
We understand that as parents you will be a little anxious when the time comes to deliver your new baby, while your first is at home. We are here to help alleviate any worries you have! Your sibling doula, or sitter will go on call on a date of your choosing, usually at about 38 weeks. She will then be available to you 24 hours a day, to come as soon as you call to stay with your soon to be big sibling! Once you call to alert her that you are in labor, she will be to your home within 60 minutes. (Depending on traffic of course!) Your Maven will help your child get ready for school, or get ready for bed, and take great care of him or her until a family member arrives, or until a parent comes home to announce that there is a new baby in the world!
While you are away, we can:
*Take your child to school/daycare or pick them up *Make snacks/meals for your child or children *Engage your child in play, arts and crafts, reading, & more! *Get your child to bed, or up in the morning *Stay with your child until family or friends can take over *Stay as close as possible to a schedule or system you have left for us *Provide a safe and loving (and distracting!) environment in your absence

We will be there for your little one!
Option 1.
This option includes 3 weeks of on call time, 2 before your estimated due date, and 1 after. Our most popular option.
$250/per week of on call, and $30 per hour upon arrival.
Option 2.
This option allows you to choose how many, and which weeks you would like your doula or sitter to be on call.
$300/per week of on call, and $30 per hour upon arrival.
