Hi! I’m Kelsey (she/her), a doula and multi-hyphenate artist based in Boston, MA. I have been fascinated with babies and pregnancy for as long as I can remember. I was the little girl stuffing a pillow under her shirt while playing house and always had to be told to “not wake the baby!” I have a BFA in Musical Theater from Ithaca College and I earned my certification from The International Doula Institute as a Birth Doula, Postpartum Doula, Lactation Counselor, and Childbirth Educator. I believe my acting training was more like “human training” and I am a more emotionally-mature, intuitive person because of it. As a huge proponent of talk therapy and mental health care, I am amazed at the effect our thoughts have on us and believe in the magic of affirmation and empowerment.  That being said, I am no stranger to the deeply rooted beliefs that may be holding us back and consider myself a gifted space-holder for my clients to feel their way through the messy and imperfect.

I am an empath who believes in vulnerability, transparency, and authenticity. I vow to meet you where you’re at and do everything in my power to guarantee that you receive inclusive and equitable care.

At Home With Kelsey

When I’m not snuggling babies and supporting birthing people, I am a singer, actor, and podcaster. My most recent gig was the national tour of the musical, Finding Neverland.

My podcast, The Flow, is infused with my strong feminine energy and focuses on themes such as self-love and body neutrality, mental health, menstrual cycles, gender and sexuality, spirituality, and the artist’s journey.

I’m intrigued by spirituality and astrology and often spend my time reading about tarot, chakras, and the moon. I also have a newfound love for hiking, camping, and exploring all the beauty New England has to offer. I love to spend my days exploring my neighborhood and eating good food!
