After giving birth to my first daughter, I went to a "Mom and Baby" group facilitated by a Postpartum Doula. As I learned more about what type of work that was, I knew immediately, this was the work that I wanted to focus my passion on. Supporting families to succeed in the parenting techniques that they choose and being able to educate and make them comfortable with their new family member is an opportunity that I do not take for granted. The 4th trimester is a unique time. Assisting during those few months is truly an honor. I hold a Bachelors degree is Health Management and a Masters Degree in Child Development. I completed my DONA Postpartum Doula Training in 2014, and I am currently "Dual Certified " through CAPPA (Childbirth and Postpartum Professional Association) 2020. I am also currently working on my NPE (New Parent Educator) certification.

 I live on the New Hampshire seacoast with my husband and two daughters. When I am not working as a Postpartum Doula you can find me cheering my girls on at their activities, playing softball , skiing or headed to our camp in Maine.
