Sometimes bring a new baby home is a little scary! You worry about all the things that they will get into, and all the ways they could get hurt. It’s important that parents and caregivers have a basic understanding of CPR, First Aid, and Safety.

In this class you will learn CPR, and be able to help your child if he/she chokes or stops breathing. You will also learn basic First Aid, how to stop bleeding, etc. We will also cover a little bit about Child Safety, how to use your carseat properly, how to practice safe sleep, and what to think about as you consider “baby proofing”.
